HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

A: All prices are listed below their packages, although as each package is tailored the prices can also be tailored to fit your needs. Check my branding packages or design packages for more

HOW LONG DOES A BRANDING PROJECT TAKE?

A: Timelines for the projects are as follows: 

Essential branding package: 3-4 weeks

Luxe branding package: 5-6 weeks

Social Media Graphics/Illustrations: 2-3 weeks

Essential Website Design: 4-6 weeks

Luxe Web Design: 7-8 weeks

HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE ALLOWED IN EACH PROJECT?

A: For all design projects, I allow 3 revisions. When it comes to web design projects which can be more complex, I allow 7 free revisions.

​

Should you require any more revisions, these will be charged on an hourly basis.

HOW DOES YOUR PROCESS WORK?

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

​

A: Refunds are on a case-by-case basis, however I don't offer any refunds for any deposits paid (this will be stated to you after booking).

DO YOU CHARGE A DEPOSIT? HOW MUCH?

A: 33% of the agreed cost of the package or service I will be providing for you, and this is non refundable.

WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR WEBSITE DESIGN PACKAGES?

A: Clients can choose between Wix or Squarespace for their platform. The price and features included will remain the same regardless.
